Here is an Open Source editing program if you do not  have a program that will handle layered images.

GIMP

You will open the psd image in GIMP

You will view the layers (see Image 1)...each has an "eye image" next to it... to turn off the text or edit it you will choose the corresponding layer.

Edit as you desire and then name file with the .jpg extension (top) as well as choose .jpg file type (bottom) to save (see Image 2)

This will take you to an export screen (see Image 3)... choose export

You will then be asked to choose your image quality (see Image 4)
